The cross-percussion mill JXQJ-500 realizes the crushing process through percussion, impact and shear effects. The crushed sample passes through the feeding funnel and directly enters the center of the crushing chamber. The sample captured by the cross-beating rotor is crushed between the impact crushing plate of the rotary knife and the tooth-shaped crushing insert. Once the sample particle size is smaller than the sieve aperture, they enter the receiving container. The percussion rotor sucks in a large amount of air through the feeding funnel channel, thereby accelerating the speed of the crushed sample leaving the crushing chamber. The subsequent connected filter system can recover the fine particles in the airflow.
